Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Every order is reviewed by our team once payment is confirmed to verify stock before it is packed. Orders are typically packed and handed to our shipping partner within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery time and areas

We currently ship across India. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, viewable on your order’s tracking page.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more (the price of the pieces after any coupon discount). For orders below ₹999, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you complete payment and is included in your order total.

4. Order tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order’s progress at any time from your Account → Orders page, or the confirmation link sent to you at checkout.

5. Delivery issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at care@kalamkarihouse.in or +91 9494139351 and we’ll help sort it out — see also our Returns & Replacement Policy. Please record a clear, live, unedited video while opening your parcel, and report any damage within 48 hours of receiving it: we need both to replace a damaged piece.
